Aircraft Parts, MRO & AOG Support Ā· Canada & USA
Rotables, avionics, consumables and engines moved with their certificates attached, serial numbers recorded, and an urgent route that runs on the next departing flight, the same precision we bring to time-critical parts through our automotive logistics network.

Why It Is Different
Most freight decisions come down to balancing speed against price. Aerospace has one situation where that balance disappears. An aircraft that cannot fly because a part is missing sits earning nothing while crew, passengers, slots and the rest of the day’s schedule fall apart around it. The part might be worth a few hundred dollars. The hours it is waiting are worth a great deal more. That situation is called AOG, aircraft on ground, and it is the reason aerospace supply chains keep a route open that most businesses never need, the same standing-by-for-the-deadline model behind our reliable event and trade show logistics service. The rest of aerospace freight is planned, scheduled and priced normally. The difference is that a plan has to already exist for the day it is not.
Traceability
In almost every other industry, a component that arrives undamaged and on time has arrived successfully. Aerospace does not work that way. A part is only fit to install if its certification travels with it and matches it exactly, whether that is a Transport Canada or EASA Form One, an FAA 8130-3, a certificate of conformity or trace back to the original manufacturer. Separate the part from its documents and you have an expensive object nobody is permitted to fit to an aircraft. The same applies to serial numbers, lot numbers and cure dates on consumables, the kind of shelf-life discipline we apply across our food and beverage logistics work. We treat the paperwork as part of the shipment rather than as something attached to it. Documents stay with the goods, serial and lot numbers are recorded on receipt, and copies are held on file so a certificate can be produced later without anyone digging through a cabinet. For companies working to AS9100 or AS9120, that record is exactly what an audit asks to see.
Our Services
The urgent route for when an aircraft is down, and the everyday flow of parts, stock and returns around it.
AOG & Time-Critical Freight
Same day and next flight out movement for grounded aircraft and line maintenance shortages.
Parts Storage, Traceability & Returns
Storage, distribution and the return of unserviceable units, with records kept to aerospace standards.
What We Handle
From a single avionics unit in a foam case to an engine on its stand.
Rotables & Line Replaceable Units
Engines, Stands & Cradles
Landing Gear & Large Structures
Cabin Interiors & Trim
Consumables, Sealants & Adhesives
Tooling & Ground Support Equipment
Avionics & Electronic Assemblies
Unserviceable Cores For Repair
Three of these need a conversation before we quote. Engines and large structures travel on purpose built stands and cradles that are expensive, belong to somebody and have to come back, so the return leg is planned alongside the outbound one, the same specialized handling we bring to our construction logistics clients. Consumables such as sealants and adhesives carry cure dates, which means the life left on arrival matters as much as the delivery date. And a number of aerospace items are dangerous goods, including aircraft batteries, chemical oxygen generators, aerosols, hydraulic fluid and inflated tires, which limits how and whether they can fly, much like the regulated cargo we move through our chemical logistics service. Tell us what is in the shipment and we will tell you the fastest route it is actually allowed to take.
What It Requires
Form One, 8130-3 or a certificate of conformity kept with the part it belongs to,.
Every serialized unit and every batch recorded on receipt and on dispatch.
AOG does not respect office hours. A number that is answered, and a vehicle or a flight that can be arranged the same night.
Engine stands, cradles and shipping cases collected, checked and returned.
Defence and export controlled parts stored and moved under the access restrictions they carry, with the right registrations in place.
Classified properly, the paperwork saves money. Classified carelessly, it costs both money and time.
Pricing
Priced first on how fast the part has to be there, then on what it takes to handle it.
AOG, same day, next flight out or scheduled
Small units, oversized structures or engines
Space held, traceability and shelf life monitoring
Lanes, border crossings and controlled goods
Give us your stock profile, your usual lanes and how often you face an AOG. We will price the routine flow and set up the urgent route before you need it.
Client Feedback
“We had a steering unit stuck two provinces away on a Sunday. It was on the next flight out within a few hours and fitted before the first rotation on Monday. Nobody else we called was even picking up.”

“Audits used to be painful because certificates lived in three different places. Documents now stay with the parts and copies are on file, so producing trace on a serial number takes minutes instead of a morning.”

Common Questions
Aircraft on ground. It describes an aircraft that cannot fly until a part arrives, and it is the highest priority shipment in aerospace. Every hour counts, so the part goes by the fastest legal route rather than the cheapest one.
As fast as the next available departure or a dedicated vehicle allows, arranged from the moment you call, including nights and weekends. Realistic timing depends on the route and on whether the part is a dangerous good.
Yes. Form One, 8130-3 and certificates of conformity stay with the goods they belong to, and copies are held on file so trace can be produced later.
Yes, on receipt and on dispatch, along with lot numbers and cure dates on consumables.
Yes, including aircraft side delivery where the site allows it, with drivers briefed on airside access and escort requirements before they arrive.
Yes. They are collected, inspected and returned on a schedule, since the next engine shipment usually depends on the stand coming back.
Yes, under the access and storage restrictions those parts carry. Tell us at quoting stage, because controlled goods change who is allowed to handle the shipment and where it can be stored.
Most commonly aircraft batteries, chemical oxygen generators, aerosols, paints, hydraulic fluid and inflated tires. These are restricted on aircraft, so the fastest route for them is sometimes on the ground.
Yes. Cores and removed units are collected, documented and returned to the repair facility, tracked so an exchange or a credit matches what was physically sent back.
Yes, with bin level stock control, traceability records, shelf life monitoring and stock released to line maintenance or to customers as needed.
